Bio: Cathleen Morgan was born in NY, raised in PA, and graduated from college with a BA in Political Science, minoring in Economics.

She entered the  investment bank workforce in Boston, was transferred to NYC and after attending night school at NYU Stern Graduate School of Business, was awarded an MBA in Corporate Finance.

Cathleen then joined JP Morgan and became the first female VP to run an Operating Unit at JP Morgan.

Cathleen met her husband, George D. Morgan, III (Gie) at JP Morgan and after the birth of their first son they moved to Rye, NY. An at-home parent, she volunteered in the community and local public schools.

In 2007 Cathleen was awarded a Masters degree in Education Administration.

Upon Gie’s retirement, the Morgan’s became Florida residents and Cathleen looked for opportunities to become involved in her new community.
